• CRM Integration:

Built a custom Moodle plugin that surfaces key Perfex CRM stats directly on the Moodle dashboard, giving admins real-time business visibility without leaving the LMS. To keep things fast and reduce API load, a daily scheduled task fetches CRM data and caches it in a local Moodle DB table, which the dashboard reads from instead of hitting the CRM API live, improving load times and reliability. 

• Testimonial:

Built a custom Moodle plugin, integrated with Perfex CRM, to streamline collecting and managing client testimonials. Admins select clients from the CRM and send personalized email requests with unique, secure links; clients can then submit feedback as written testimonials or video recordings, with a preview-and-retake option for video quality control. Admins can manually expire links to prevent duplicate or late submissions, and all testimonials are centralized in a single dashboard for easy review.

• CRM Staff Report:

Built a custom Moodle plugin integrated with the CRM to deliver staff daily reporting directly from the LMS. Admins can view aggregated team reports or drill into individual performance, over a single day or custom date range, with Excel export for offline use. The plugin also bundles wider workforce tools: daily to-do lists per employee, clock-in/clock-out time tracking with overtime review and validation, visibility into tickets assigned to staff, and automated birthday notifications, combining reporting with day-to-day operational oversight. 

• Fast Auth:

Developed a custom Moodle authentication plugin that simplifies user onboarding through name-only account creation, persistent login sessions, and one-click account recovery. The plugin reduces registration friction while preserving standard administrator authentication for security and control.

Parent Notification:

Developed a custom Moodle plugin to keep parents informed about their child’s academic progress through automated email notifications. The plugin uses event-based triggers to notify parents when a student enrolls in a course and when they successfully complete it, providing timely updates without requiring parents to log into the LMS. The solution improves parent engagement and transparency while providing a scalable foundation for additional academic notifications.

Developed a unified authentication and payment experience that consolidates login, signup, and password recovery into a single interface. Implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and single-session login restrictions to enhance account security. Also integrated a country-based payment workflow within the same form, enabling users from different countries to complete payments through the appropriate process, resulting in a seamless and secure user experience.

Presentation:

Developed a custom Moodle activity module that enables students to submit presentation files and teachers to manage grading and feedback directly within the LMS. The module provides structured submission tracking, a centralized teacher dashboard for reviewing and grading individual submissions, and automated email notifications when new presentations are submitted. It delivers a complete workflow from submission to evaluation while seamlessly integrating with Moodle courses and activities.

API Integration:

Enhanced a custom Moodle plugin to provide more detailed, API-driven learner progress tracking and reporting. Added activity status indicators—Not Started, In Progress, and Completed—for clearer visibility into student progress, along with SCORM module start and end dates retrieved through an external API. These improvements provide more accurate activity timelines and better overall insight into each learner’s learning journey.

Policy Extend:

Developed a custom Moodle plugin to enforce policy compliance by requiring users to review and accept the latest terms and conditions upon login. The plugin integrates with the login flow to ensure users acknowledge updated policies before accessing the platform, preventing outdated agreements and strengthening overall system governance and compliance.

• Auto Unsuspend:

Developed a custom Moodle plugin to provide flexible and controlled user suspension management. The plugin supports both permanent and temporary suspensions with configurable dates and times, along with a comprehensive Suspended Users Report for administrative oversight. It also includes quick report access and role-based permissions, enabling organizations to manage user access securely and efficiently. 

• User Attendance System:

Developed a comprehensive Moodle plugin for tracking and analyzing student attendance across a hierarchical Program → Quarter → Course structure. The plugin provides detailed attendance metrics, including participation, absences, late sessions, early exits, and grade rates, with flexible filtering, batch-level reporting, and CSV export. It also supports asynchronous report generation, Student At Risk identification, and cumulative attendance calculations, while providing dedicated reporting views for both administrators and students.

Cost Signup:

Developed a custom Moodle plugin integrated with the CRM to automate the enrollment and billing workflow. The plugin processes brochure requests by creating customer and contact records, generating invoices for selected packages, and allowing users to view and proceed with payment directly within the system. It also sends automated invoice notifications to users and administrators, reducing manual effort and streamlining the overall process.

Selective Activity Report:

Developed a custom Moodle grade report plugin that enables instructors to generate activity-specific grade reports instead of relying on standard course-wide views. The plugin supports selecting multiple activities, searching for activities and students, and editing grades directly within the report. This provides a more flexible and efficient solution for managing and reviewing grades, particularly in large courses.

IOMAD Packages:

Implemented a package-based subscription system within IOMAD that allows companies to be assigned configurable limits for users, courses, and storage directly from the platform. The system automatically detects when limits are reached and notifies companies with an upgrade prompt, providing a scalable self-service approach to resource management and multi-tenant subscription control.

Developed backend functionality for the Physiosports custom Moodle theme to support a dynamic and tailored learning experience. Implemented data-driven course cards, user profile displays, custom front-page block regions, and default category expansion for improved navigation. Also enhanced intro pages with integrated payment functionality, creating a smoother flow from course discovery to enrollment.
