Created role-based permissions controlling access to platform features and content. Configured Programs, Batches, Courses, Certificate Settings, and Learnexify widgets including Enrolment, Teaching Plan, and Learning Plan.
• Technical Documentation:
  Created comprehensive documentation covering Programs, Semesters, Batches, Courses, Class Instances, Course Descriptions, all 17 system reports, Bulk User Actions, Default Course Settings, and Learnexify widgets, including their configuration and permission requirements. Implemented the documentation in BookStack for centralized team access.
• Demo Videos:
  Developed and finalized scripts for 17 system reports and key Learnexify workflows, including Programs, Semesters, Batches, Course Sets, and Widgets. Produced system-report demonstration videos and provided production guidance for the remaining walkthroughs.
