Project Overview
Lean Methods Group delivers workplace training that helps companies work smarter. Their programs, built around Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt frameworks, equip employees with practical tools to cut waste and improve performance.
But when they first came to us, their online systems were a mess. Old software, broken content, and platforms that were hard to use. They needed a team they could trust to fix it all. That's where PakTaleem came in.
The Challenge
When Lean Methods first contacted us, they were managing 25 eLearning websites, all built on Moodle versions as old as 2.5 and 2.6. These weren't just outdated, they were broken in ways that directly affected their clients.
Their library of 100+ instructional design modules had originally been built as HTML pages using a custom SCORM player. When that player was deprecated, the modules stopped working properly inside LMS platforms. Clients couldn't access their training. Content that organizations had paid for simply wasn't loading.
On top of this, the visual design across their sites was inconsistent and dated. And they had no way to sell courses directly through their LMS, a major gap for a business looking to grow its online revenue. The scale of the problem was significant. But so was the opportunity.
Our Strategy
We didn't jump straight into fixing things. First, we took time to really understand how their systems worked, what they needed, and what their clients expected. Then we made a plan. We updated all 24+ sites step by step, moving through newer Moodle versions until everything reached Moodle 4.1. We did this slowly and carefully so nothing broke along the way.
For the training modules, we rebuilt all 100+ of them from scratch using Articulate Storyline, a tool that works properly across all modern platforms. Some clients used these modules inside their own systems, others used them as standalone products. We made sure they worked well in both cases.
When their clients ran into problems using the modules in their own systems, we joined calls with the Lean Methods team and helped sort things out together. We also gave all their websites a fresh new look, cleaner, more consistent, and easier to use. And we built them an online shop inside their platform so they could sell both online and classroom courses directly to clients.
Throughout everything, we were also there for day-to-day support, helping students who got stuck, managing files, writing guides, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Why Choose PakTaleem
Most agencies fix the problem and disappear. We don't. Before touching anything, we learn your platform, your clients, and your goals, because a fix that doesn't fit the bigger picture isn't really a fix.
We worked with Lean Methods for five years. We didn't just complete projects, we stayed, adapted, and kept showing up as their needs changed. That kind of commitment is rare. We think it shouldn't be.
When Lean Methods' clients ran into issues inside their own LMS environments, we joined the calls and helped fix them, even when it wasn't strictly our problem. That's the difference between a vendor and a real partner.
