  • Third-Party Service Providers — PakTaleem may share personal data with trusted third-party providers who assist in delivering the Services, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and communication tools. 7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Where PakTaleem processes personal data on behalf of a client (for example, under a Managed Services agreement), the client acts as the Data Controller and PakTaleem acts as the Data Processor. In such cases:

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that personal data provided to PakTaleem is collected lawfully and with appropriate consent.
  • The client is responsible for informing their end users about how their data is collected and used.
  • The client must ensure compliance with all applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
  • PakTaleem will process personal data only in accordance with the client's instructions as defined in the applicable service agreement.

8. CHILDREN'S DATA

PakTaleem understands the importance of protecting the personal data of children. The platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If a client's platform serves minors, the client is responsible for implementing appropriate age verification and parental consent mechanisms. If PakTaleem becomes aware that personal data of a child has been collected without appropriate consent, steps will be taken to delete such data promptly. 9. YOUR RIGHTS

The PakTaleem platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. PakTaleem is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Clients and end users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms they access through or alongside PakTaleem's Services.

PakTaleem reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, PakTaleem will notify clients in advance through appropriate channels.
