  • Accesses the platform through a client's account as an end user

However, PakTaleem does not guarantee absolute security. Clients and end users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and account access.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Where PakTaleem processes personal data on behalf of a client (for example, under a Managed Services agreement), the client acts as the Data Controller and PakTaleem acts as the Data Processor. In such cases:

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that personal data provided to PakTaleem is collected lawfully and with appropriate consent.
  • The client is responsible for informing their end users about how their data is collected and used.
  • The client must ensure compliance with all applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
  • PakTaleem will process personal data only in accordance with the client's instructions as defined in the applicable service agreement.

8. CHILDREN'S DATA

PakTaleem understands the importance of protecting the personal data of children. The platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If a client's platform serves minors, the client is responsible for implementing appropriate age verification and parental consent mechanisms. If PakTaleem becomes aware that personal data of a child has been collected without appropriate consent, steps will be taken to delete such data promptly. 9. YOUR RIGHTS

Individuals whose personal data is processed by PakTaleem have the following rights:

Cookies are small files stored on the user's device that help PakTaleem remember preferences and analyse platform usage. Users may manage or disable cookies through their browser settings, however doing so may affect the functionality of certain platform features.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

PakTaleem reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, PakTaleem will notify clients in advance through appropriate channels. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the date of the most recent changes. Clients and end users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
